Service centre or our service team
Call our service team first if you are unsure. Either route ends at the brand's service centre. The better one depends on where you bought the product, where you are and how many units are affected.
Go to the brand's service centre when
- There is an authorised service centre near you that handles your type of product. Check the brand's service locator.
- You have the invoice, the serial number, the box and the accessories with you.
- One or two products are affected and you can take them in yourself.
- The brand takes walk-in service. Some centres ask you to book a visit or log the complaint first.
Call our service team when
- You bought the product from us or from one of our dealers and would rather not deal with the brand yourself.
- There is no service centre near you, or the brand does not list one for your area.
- The product is dead on arrival, or several units are affected.
- The product was part of a business or project purchase that we invoiced.
- The brand's service centre has asked you to go through the distributor.
Whichever route you choose, take the invoice and the serial number with you. Warranty terms and any service charges are set by the brand.
