1 General information only
The content of this website is general information about the products we distribute. It is not an offer to sell, professional advice, or a substitute for the manufacturer's documents or the judgement of a qualified engineer.
2 Product information and images
Product names, model codes, specifications, images, descriptions and document links come from the manufacturers and from their official websites. They are shown for reference only.
- Manufacturers change specifications, firmware, packaging and accessories without notice, and the same model can differ between batches and regions.
- Images are indicative. Colour, finish, accessories and packaging can differ from the product supplied.
- Some pages show a drawing instead of a photograph where no suitable photograph was available.
- Check the manufacturer's datasheet, the product box and our written quotation before you rely on a specification.
If you find a mistake, tell us and we will review and correct it.
3 Prices and availability
The website shows no prices. A price is valid only when it appears in a written quotation from us, and only for the period stated on the quotation. A product appearing on the website does not mean it is in stock or currently supplied by the manufacturer. See the terms of sale.
4 Planning calculators
The calculators on this website give estimates to help you plan. They are not a design, a specification or a guarantee.
- The CCTV storage calculator estimates storage from the values you enter. Real use varies with scene activity, bitrate and compression settings, audio, recording mode, drive formatting and recorder overhead.
- The PoE power budget calculator compares the power you enter for each device with a switch's budget. Real draw varies with cable length and quality, temperature, infrared lighting and device behaviour, so leave headroom.
- The UPS sizing calculator estimates a VA rating from the load you enter. Real needs depend on power factor, start-up current, battery age and temperature, the run time you want and future load.
A qualified engineer should confirm any design before purchase or installation. We are not responsible for decisions made only on the output of a calculator.
5 Compatibility and suitability
Products from different brands do not always work together. Before you buy, check compatibility against the manufacturers' own lists, for example supported processors and memory for a motherboard, power and connector needs for a graphics card, camera protocol support for a recorder, and PoE standards between a switch and a camera. Ask the sales desk if you are unsure.
Advice from our staff is given in good faith and does not replace the manufacturer's compatibility information.
6 Installation and electrical work
Electrical work, mains wiring, UPS and battery installation, and CCTV installation should be done by competent, qualified people who follow the manufacturer's instructions and the safety rules and codes that apply where you are.
Lawful use of surveillance equipment, including respect for privacy, is the responsibility of the owner and the operator of the system.
7 External links and downloads
Datasheets, drivers, firmware and manuals link to the manufacturers' official websites. We do not control those sites or their files. Download from the official source, read the manufacturer's instructions, and back up your data before you update firmware or drivers, because an update can fail or change how a device behaves. A link is not an endorsement. See also the terms of use.
8 Brands and trademarks
Brand names, logos and product images belong to their owners and are used only to identify the products we distribute. A reference to a brand does not mean the brand has reviewed or approved this website. See trademarks.
9 Limit of responsibility
We take care over what we publish, but we do not promise that the website is complete, current or free from error. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for loss that results from relying on it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law, or your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. The terms of use set out the rest.
